Manhattan Beach Hill Section

The Hill Section hosts some of Manhattan Beach's largest homes with some of the grandest views in town. But it also hosts a great family neighborhood with larger lots than are typically found west of Sepulveda. For more on this neighborhood, see the area below the listings.

The Hill Section features a steadily inclining hill from Valley/Ardmore up to as far as Sepulveda, with some terrific panoramas like this one visible from favorably located homes.

But not every home in the Hill Section is a pricey view home. Often overlooked are the more suburban parts of the Hill Section toward the east side.

Some parts of the Hill Section offer outstanding walkability to downtown, school and even the beach. 

Children living in the Hill Section go to Robinson Elementary.
