This week we wanted to share with readers our Top 3 Favorite Open Houses this weekend in Hermosa Beach. Each home stood out for a different reason and we think these would be great choices to go and check out in person. Let us know what you think!

First up is 132 8th Street. The home stands out for a couple reasons. First is that we love this location. Situated in North Hermosa, right on the border with MB, this is such a great little pocket between both communities.
Getting to MB or HB is easy. The home also stands out for its great looking interior.. and the amazing ocean views.

We chose to feature this property because it just seems like you're getting so much for your dollar.
This is a great family home with 4 bedrooms. It has a nice yard for kids to play in. It's also been very nicely updated. There is still potential to do even more with the property if you felt so inclined. All that, paired with the great location close to town really makes this seem like a deal.
