Almost everyone who passes along the Hermosa Strand knows the year's top sale by sight.

1942 The Strand (pictured above) is a 102-year old house on a double lot right in the center of Hermosa – neither too close too, nor too far from, the pier.

Sold Price: $15.000M in April 2015.
